    I think arm are naturally thin or not...
    I mean, i've been 10 kgs fatter than now and my arms were still pretty skinny looking. I don't know...

    Yeap, I agree with Effy. I've been much fatter and (oh, I miss that) much skinnier, and my arms are always de last part of my body to lose fat. They stay as they are until there is nothing left! I hate them so... ¬¬
